From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with a very kind and lovely smile and welcomed by Chantal at the front desk. She was very friendly, gave us answers to all our questions of the area, and welcoming. Showed us where the nearby stores were that we needed, what the hotel had on grounds and how it all worked even about the early or late check out option, which is great to know if you don't want to leave the usual early 11am checkout.

The front desk clerk, Meghane was fantastic, she took the time to explain, where the elevators, vending machines, and "breakfast room," all were located. She explained when and how breakfast is being handled. She said I could park my brand new motorcycle out front as there are cameras, or I could also park, to the side of the building, as the building next door, is the police station. She gave me walking instructions , to Baton Rouge. The room was spotless. The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated. The bed was super comfortable. If ever along this way again, I will stay here again, hands down!

I did not eat the continental breakfast, I wish I had though because I did not get the 10% discount at Benedictine like the receptionist told us we would
